To support our continued growth, NGDATA is currently looking for a:  

Operations Associate, NY

We seek a proactive, extremely organized individual to assist in running the Business Operations of our US offices in coordination with global procedures. Successful candidates will be top-level multitaskers and act as a liason across multiple departments. This opportunity is suited for someone with 3-5 years experience in Administration or Operations, preferably working in Professional Services, Technology Consulting or related industries. The role requires the ability to manage and coordinate different moving parts with an efficiently run Operations department.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support regional Sales, Services and Operations departments to ensure timely closure of client contracts and the resulting staffing requirements, coordinating with global Operations as needed for out-of-region resources. Ensure internal processes are followed and help manage the workflow within expected time frames.
  • Facilitate team meetings, follow-up on action items through completion and provide updates to the broader team
  • Assist in event planning and logistical support for marketing, sales, team and company events
  • Track and order pantry items and office supplies for NYC office
  • Logistical support for travel for out-of-region resources and executives
  • Support US general manager in regional budgeting and reporting
  • Work with global operations team to ensure a high level of operational excellence and culture of continuous improvement

Personal Skills and Attributes:

  • Organized to a fault, if that’s possible
  • Eloquent and assertive, good follow-up skills
  • Independently motivated and works without requiring a lot of supervision
  • Excellent sense of ownership of projects and tasks, very flexible
  • Has an interest in and easily learns new technologies and platforms

Required skills and background include:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, GPA >3.5 preferred
  • 3-5 years in related roles, preferably in professional services, technology consulting, SaaS companies or similar.
  • Expert in MS Office and G Suite
  • Bonus points if you’re familiar with BI & reporting tools such as Tableau
  • Must work from our NYC office
