Human Resources Assistant Manager

Welcome to Eccella! We are a young and dynamic Mumbai-based technology company looking for a full-time, experienced Human Resources Assistant Manager to join our team.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

HR Policy Administration

  • Define & Execute HR Policies in consultation with Sr.Management
  • Define & Execute HR process and procedures
  • Accountable to manage all relevant documentation
  • Periodic reporting to Sr. Management

Payroll and Benefits Administration

  • Manage salary negotiation, payroll administrations, benefits administration, attendance & time recording, etc.

Talent Management & Employee Engagement

  • Induction
  • Onboarding and offboarding
  • Performance management
  • Training and development
  • Cross skilling
  • Workshops
  • Career development
  • Succession planning
  • Events

Travel Management

  • Planning & execution of domestic and international Travel e.g. Visa, Forex etc.
  • Coordinate with Operations team for Logistics, PF, Insurance, Labor laws, Audits etc.

To be considered for this position, you must display the following in your CV and application:

Must have:

  • 7 - 10 years’ experience in an HR department, at least 5 years of which spent in Policy drafting, policy administration, Performance Management & Employee engagement
  • Strong experience in:
    • Onboarding procedures, documentation, tracking and reporting
    • Ensuring proper relieving procedure, exit interview, and attrition control
    • Attrition management and employee retention strategies
    • Developing Skill matrix and performance management process and procedures
    • Be responsible for the entire process from Hire to Retire
    • Succession Planning, Training & Development and events.
  • Experience in developing systems for regular employee engagement activities, such as festival theme celebrations and other weekly activities
  • Sound knowledge of compliance of various acts (ESIC, PF, Bonus, Shop & Establishment act, Factory act, minimum wages, workman compensation, POSH act, etc.)
  • Liaison with various labor offices and display knowledge of quarterly, half yearly, and annual returns under various acts.

Good to have:

  • Experience in an MNC IT or Startup company
  • HR generalist experience is a big plus
  • Working on HR tools to manage the Hire to Retire process

Other requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Experience in managing 50+ team members
  • Experience in an onsite/offshore environment with international clients, cultures and stakeholders
